What is your return policy?
Because our pieces are custom made, there are no refunds and/or exchanges. Before placing your order, please be sure to submit your correct size(s).
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit card payments. You can make your payment directly through our website.
For custom orders, an invoice will be sent via email. Services will commence upon receipt of payment.
AfterPay is available on all orders within the United States.
How long will it take for me get my order?
Items ordered using Standard Shipping will ship within 7-10 business from the date order. Orders placed using Expedited Shipping will be shipped within 5-7 business days from date of order.
For custom pieces, the shipping time will vary depending your request. Once your order has been finalized and payment has been received, we will give you an accurate shipping time.

Can I use my wirebra/set to swim?

Although our items are made with 100% swim material (spandex), it is intended to be worn as fashion swimwear and for carnivals/festivals. It is NOT intended to be worn as normal swimwear.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during transit from WiredTings to me?

After the tracking number has been provided to the client, WiredTings LLC is not responsible for any orders lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced while in transit. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
What if I want to order an item that is marked as SOLD?
If you will like us to recreate one of the designs that is marked as SOLD, please send us an email requesting that you would like us to duplicate a design and be sure to include the name of the item and your cup size and bottom size (if applicable), and we will respond via email within 24 hours letting you know if we are able to fulfill your request.

What if I want a pre-designed item in a different size that listed on the site?
If you will like us to recreate one of the pre-designed items in a different size, please send us an email requesting that you would like us to duplicate a design and be sure to include the name of the item and your cup size and bottom size (if applicable), and we will respond via email within 24 hours letting you know if we are able to fulfill your request.
